摘要
某结构实验室内新建的反力墙试验系统包括L形实心钢筋混凝土反力墙和箱形地锚间,试验台长14.700m,宽11.000m,反力墙高12.0m,厚度2.500m。根据该反力墙试验系统的设计指标和受力特点,提出了合理的结构布置方案。通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS和MIDAS Gen建立了反力墙试验系统的整体模型,进行了最不利试验工况下的承载力分析、变形分析和应力分析,分析结果表明本结构设计方案可以很好地满足各项设计指标要求。
The new reaction force wall experimental system in a structure laboratory includes L-shaped reinforced concrete reaction force wall and box-shaped earth anchor room. The structural testing platform is 14. 700 m long and 11. 000 m wide,and the reaction force wall is 12. 0 m high and 2. 500 m wide. According to the design indexes and mechanical characteristics of the reaction force wall experimental system,the reasonable structural layout was presented. The overall model of reaction force wall experimental system was built by using FEM programs of ABAQUS and MIDAS Gen to conduct bearing capacity,deformation and stress analyses under the most adverse working conditions. The FEM analysis results indicate that the structural design scheme can satisfy requirements of all the design indexes.
