摘要 剪力墙作为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构中最主要的抗侧力构件,因既有建筑物使用功能改变或者装修需求对其剪力墙开设洞口,不仅会对剪力墙自身承载能力有所降低,而且会影响到整体结构的安全性。本文通过某一商住楼工程实例,分别建立开洞前后的结构计算模型,对比各项指标及参数,分析剪力墙开设洞口对该商住楼结构安全性的影响,为今后同类工程问题提供一定的借鉴与理论依据。 As the main component to resist lateral force in reinforced concrete shear wall structure, shear walls opened holes when the existing building needs to be changed using the function or decoration will not only lower carrying capacity of shear wall itself, but also will affect the safety of the whole structure. In this article, through a project example, the open hole before and after the structural calculation model was set up respectively, the author compared to the indicators and parameters, analyzed the influence of openings in shear wall on structural safety of a commercial and residential building and provided certain reference and theoretical basis for the similar engineering problems.
