摘要
目的探讨WPBL教学模式在心内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取某院2016年10月在心内科临床见习的临床医学专业学生42人,随机抽取21人为实验组,采取WPBL教学模式,其余21人为对照组,采取PBL教学模式,课后对2组学生同时进行问卷调查和理论考试,结果进行统计分析。结果实验组学生的理论成绩明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.001)。问卷调查显示,实验组学生在提高学习兴趣、提高自学能力、培养分析解决问题能力、培养团队合作能力和培养科研创新能力5个方面均优于对照组。结论大多数临床医学生认为WPBL教学模式更好的帮助他们理解心内科疾病的相关知识点,能提高学习兴趣及效率,进而提高教学效果。
Objectives To medical students of cardiology our hospital in October 2016. investigate the application effect of WPBL teaching model in teaching the clinical department. Methods A total of 42 students were enrolled in the clinical practice in Twenty-one of them were randomly taken the WPBL teaching mode. The remaining 21 subjects took the PBL teaching mode. All the students took the examination after class and questionnaire survey for the statistical analysis. Results The theoretical achievement of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group. There were significant differences in the scores of examinations between the two groups (P 〈0. 001). The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group were more effective than the control group in the ability of learning interest, self-study ability, analytical and problem solving skills, communication and teamwork ability, scientific research and innovation ability. Conclusions Most of the clinical doctors believed that the WPBL teaching model could help them to understand the related knowledge points of the diseases in cardiology department, which could help the students improve their learning interest, efficiency and the improve teaching effectiveness.
