摘要
目的观察定点旋转位小针刀治疗颈椎病神经根激惹症状的疗效;探讨此法治疗颈椎病神经根激惹症状的操作机理。方法筛选60例患者随机分为针刀组与针刺组各30例。针刀组采用定点旋转位小针刀疗法,每5日治疗1次,连续治疗3次;针刺组采用常规针刺疗法,每日治疗1次,连续治疗15 d,对两组患者治疗前与治疗5、10、15 d后的症状体征评分及疼痛评分进行比较;随访患者治疗结束3个月后的临床症状评分及疼痛评分比较。结果两组治疗5、10、15 d后及3个月后随访时症状体征评分、VAS评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),针刺组治疗5、10 d后及3个月后随访时临床症状体征评分、VAS评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗15 d后两组症状体征评分、VAS评分相当(P>0.05)。针刀组总有效率为96.67%,针刺组为90.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论定点旋转位小针刀治疗颈椎病神经根激惹症状疗效显著且长期疗效稳定,操作方便、省时、廉价。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of a fixed rotation small needle knife on cervical spondylosis of nerve root irritation symptoms,and to explore the operation mechanism of the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root irritation symptoms. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the acupotomy group and the acupuncture group,30 cases in each. The acupotomy group used a fixed rotation small needle knife therapy once every 5 days for 3 consecutive times ;the acupuncture group was treated with routine acupuncture treatment,once a day,for 15 consecutive days. scores of symptoms and signs and scores of pain of the two groups before treatment and 5 days, 10 days, 15 days after treatment were compared;comparison of scores of clinical symptoms and pain ＇score were followed up after March. Results： The scores of symptoms and signs and VAS score of the two groups were significantly improved after 5,10,and 15 days＇ treatment and 3 months＇ follow-up （P〈 0.01）. The scores of clinical symptoms and signs and the improvement of VAS scores in the acupuncture group were better than that of the control group after 5 and 10 days＇ treatment and 3 months＇ follow-up （P〈0.01）. After the treatment of 15 d, the scores of symptoms and signs and VAS score were equal in the two groups （P〉 0.05）. The total effective rate of the acupotomy group was 96.67% ,and the acupuncture group 90.00% ,with no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： A fixed rotation small needle knife on cervical spondylosis of nerve root irritation symptoms has a curative effect,long-term efficacy and stability,conveniently operated,time-saving and cheap.
