摘要 通过合金化的方式,制备了两种耐磨铸铁材料,研究了所制备铸铁的组织、相结构、硬度及其耐磨性能。研究表明:Ni-Cr-Mo铸铁形成白口组织,P铁的组织形貌为硬而脆的二元磷共晶(α-Fe+Fe_3P),XRD物相分析表明Ni-Cr-Mo铸铁中形成了新的化合物Cr_(13)Ni_5Si_2、Cr_3Ni_2Si、Cr_(23)C_6,P铁中为Fe_3Si、Fe_2Mn Si。硬度和磨损实验表明两种铸铁都具有较好的耐磨性,Ni-Cr-Mo铸铁的磨损量更低。 By using The microstructure, phase - Mo iron had the chilling the way of alloying, the two kinds of wear resistant cast iron material were prepared. structure, hardness and wear resistance were investigated. Studies showed that Ni - Cr tendency, P iron microstructure was binary phosphorus eutectic (alpha Fe + Fe3P) , XRD phase analysis showed that Ni - Cr - Mo formed new compounds of Cr13 Ni5Si2, Cr3Ni2Si, Cr23 C6, P iron was Fe3Si, Fe2MnSi. The hardness and wear experiments suggested that both kinds of east iron had good wear resistance, Ni -Cr- Mo iron wear lost was lower.
