摘要
介绍了深圳某大型深基坑预制插桩-锚杆整体式基坑围护结构施工方法。该技术利用结构桩与锚杆形成整体的基坑围护结构,在冠梁和腰梁结构上设有桩套管,按照开挖深度"分段接桩,分段插桩,锚杆分段围护",地下结构施工完毕,冠梁、腰梁、桩套管、预制桩等可部分或全部回收再利用,在基坑工程施工方面更好地实现了装配式施工,实施效果良好,具有一定的经济效益。
This paper deals with construction technique of precast inserting piles-anchor bolt monolithic enclosure structure for large-scale deep foundation excavation in Shenzhen. The new construction method uses the structural piles and the bolts to form the integral foundation excavation support structure with the pile casing arranged on the top beam and the purlin structure, and then connect piles, penetrate piles and anchor bolt support by segment according to the excavation depth. After the construction of the underground structure, the top beam, purlin, pile casing and the prefabricated pile can be partially or fully recycled, and the application of assembly construction is better realized during the foundation excavation construction with a certain economic benefits.
