伊犁河谷沙地苦豆子土壤种子库的结构特征 被引量:4

摘要 苦豆子属于典型的豆科无性系植物,具有有性繁殖和无性繁殖两种生殖方式,再加上它极强的适应性使得它在新疆伊犁河谷地区迅速蔓延,成为威胁当地生态系统安全以及生物多样性的毒害草.为了解该物种的潜在扩散能力,采用野外调查取样与室内分析相结合的方法,对伊犁河谷霍城沙漠内3个不同演替系列苦豆子群落内苦豆子土壤种子库的状况进行分析,结果表明:在不同演替系列的群落Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ中,地表贮存种子分为虫蛀及霉烂种子、完整无活力种子和活力种子3种生存状态,种子储量分别为281.48粒/m^2、562.39粒/m^2、896.01粒/m^2,而具有潜在更新能力的活力种子数分别占总贮存种子量的40.21%、41.01%和40.45%.种子主要散布在以结实单株为中心,半径为0.5 m的圆形区域内,并呈现西南方向最多的规律,90%以上的种子集中分布在凋落物层和0~2 cm的表层土壤中. Sophora alopecuroides is a typical clonal species in the Yili River Valley, which quickly spread to many kinds of ecosystems and become a local invasive species in this area. In order to understand its potential dif- fusibility in Yili River Valley sandy land, the characteristics of soil seed bank of three successional series of S. alo- peeuroides communities were conducted by using the method of field investigation and laboratory analysis. The re- sult showed that the seeds in the surface soil had three storage states, they were damaged by insects or decayed seeds, intact unviable seeds and viable seeds. The soil seed reserves in the three communities had 281.48, 562.39 and 896.01 per square meter respectively. The percentage of viable seed account for the total stored seeds in three communities is respectively 40.21%, 41.01% and 40.45%. S. alopecuroides seeds were scattered in a circle with fruiting individual as the center point and 0.5 meters as radius, and more seeds scattered in the direction of south- west, and 90 percent of the seeds distributed in the litter layer and the soil laver of 0-2 cm.
