摘要
针对中高档卫浴产品的生产中经常出现异型薄壁铜管焊接质量不稳定的现象,分析现有火焰钎焊装置的缺陷,把控焊接温度,采用红外线温控装置和PLC电气控制系统,设计一种12工位的转盘式自动火焰钎焊装置。试验结果表明,利用改进后的自动火焰钎焊装置,可有效控制焊材用量,准确掌握钎焊温度的精度,稳定了焊接质量,提高了工作效率。
Regarding the instability phenomenon of brazing quality in the profiled thin-walled copper tube for the sanitary products of mid and high ends, the paper examines the defects of the current flame-brazing devices, designs a rotative automatic-flame-brazing equipment with 12 working stations by using the infrared temperature control system and the PLC electrical control system. The experiment shows that the newly-designed equipment can effectively control the use of brazing material, and realize the production of 180 qualified brazing products per hour. The upgraded flame-brazing equipment can precisely control brazing temperature, stabilize brazing quality, and improve working efficiency.
