摘要
文章以无锡市某大型城市地下互通立交工程为依托,结合类似工程的设计研究经验,对地下互通立交工程设计中各关键环节进行设计,围绕围护结构选型与稳定性验算、主体结构设计与交叉点处理、地下逃生与消防、匝道通风4个方面进行定量计算和定性分析。研究结果表明分区设计的围护结构能够保证基坑开挖各项指标安全,设计思路清晰合理;主体结构交叉点合建技术可以降低互通层次深度,结构设计安全经济;地表逃生出口配合地下联络能够有效解决受困人员逃生问题;考虑火灾工况的通风系统设计既能满足日常通风需求又能作为火灾情况下的机械排烟设施。最后总结各方面的研究成果,提出大型城市地下互通立交设计处理建议。
Based on a large urban underground interchange project in Wuxi and combined with similar engineering design experience, this paper introduced the key links in the design of underground interchange project. The quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis of 4 aspects, such as the selection and stability checking of the building envelope, the design of the main structure and the treatment of crossing points, the underground escape and firefighting, the ramp ventilation. The results showed that the partition design of the retaining structure can ensure the safety of the excavation of various indicators, and its design ideas were clear and reasonable.The main structure of the cross point building technology can reduce the depth of exchange and structural design safety economy. Surface escape and underground contact can effectively solve the problem of trapped personnel escape. The design of the ventilation system considering the fire condition can not only meet the needs of daily ventilation, but also can be used as a mechanical smoke exhaust facility under fire conditions. Finally, the paper summarized the research results of above aspects, and put forward the suggestions for the design of large scale urban underground interchange.
