摘要
研究南疆海岛棉品种(系)黄萎病抗性水平,为抗性品种的选育和病害防控提供依据。采用蛭石沙土无底纸钵定量蘸菌液法与人工病圃鉴定相结合的方法,以相对病情指数来评价12份后备品种(系)的苗期和成株期黄萎病抗性。室内苗期和田间生育期鉴定的12个品种(系)中没有表现为免疫和高抗的材料,表现抗的品(系)有:15-182、15-185、13-440、13-203,占鉴定品种(系)的33.3%;感病品种3个,即15-26、15-14、0717,占鉴定品种(系)的25%。经过苗期和成株期的鉴定均表现为抗病品种有4个,在南疆具有推广应用的前景。
The resistance level of different breeds（ Strains） of Sea island from southern Xinjiang to Verticillium wilt was studied in order to the breeding of resistance varieties and disease prevention and control. Combining the quantitative dip of the vermiculite sand pot with a bottomless paper and the identification of artificial disease nursery,the resistance of the seedling and adult stage from 12 reserve varieties（ lines） was evaluated according to Relative Disease Index. There were no immunity and high disease resistance material in the 12 varieties（ lines） by seeding and field identification. 15-182,15-185,13-440,13-203 were disease-resistantmaterial,accounted for 33% and 15-26、15-14、0717 were susceptible,accounted for 25%. 4 varieties（ lines） were disease-resistance varieties according to seeding and field identification and there should be the prospect of popularization and application in south Xinjiang.
