摘要
高校科级干部是学校日常管理的一支重要力量,通过分析高校科级干部队伍存在的问题及原因,提出完善科级干部管理体制机制、深化科级干部人事制度改革、健全科级干部的考核评价体系、加强科级干部的教育培训、发挥先进典型的榜样示范作用等措施,加强高校科级干部队伍建设,提升高校管理工作的科学化水平,更好地服务高校师生、服务高水平大学建设。
The Cadres in Colleges and universities is an important force in their daily managemthe existing problems and reasons of College cadre team, this paper puts forward some measures includingtheperfection of the mechanism and system of cadres,the reform ofpersonnel system, the improvement of cadre-sevaluation system, cadre education training and exemplary role demonstration. Finally it points out thatstrengthening the cadre team construction and improving the scientific level of university management will better serve university teachers and students and high-level university construction.
