摘要
目的了解南充市本科院校在校大学生健康素养水平,为高校开展健康教育与健康促进工作提供理论依据。方法采用2009版《中国公民健康素养调查问卷》作为研究工具,通过分层整群抽样的方式抽取四川省南充市3所本科院校的1460名在校大学生作为研究对象。结果南充市在校大学生的健康素养平均得分为51.05;3个维度中,健康素养知识理念得分为59.89,健康技能得分为35.40,健康生活方式与行为得分为45.21。不同专业、不同性别、不同年级大学生的健康素养得分不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大学生母亲受教育程度影响了他们健康技能和健康生活方式与行为(P<0.05),健康技能在健康素养知识理念和健康生活方式与行为之间存在部分中介效应,中介效应解释了自变量18.74%的方差,中介效应占总效应的比值为19.57%。结论南充市在校大学生健康素养整体水平不高,建议学校及相关部门有针对性地制定健康素养干预措施,积极为大学生的健康教育和健康促进工作提供支持。
Objective To investigate the level of health literacy among college students in Nanchong so as to provide theoretical evidence for health education and health promotion in colleges and universities. Methods By a multi-stage stratifed cluster sampling method and using the Chinese Citizen Health Literacy Questionnaire (2009 edition) as a research tool, 1460 college students from three colleges and universities in Nanchong, Sichuan Province were included in the study. Results The average health literacy score among college students in Nanchong was 51.05. In the three dimensions of the questionnaire, the scores of “health literacy knowledge and concept”, “health skills”, and “healthy lifestyle and behavior” were 59.89, 35.40, and 45.21, respectively. The scores of health literacy signifcantly differed among college students of different majors, genders, and grades (all P〈0.05). The education level of the mothers of college students signifcantly affected "the health skills" and "healthy lifestyle and behavior" among college students (P〈0.05). "Health skills" had some mediating effects on the “health literacy knowledge and concept” and “healthy lifestyle and behavior”. Such mediating effect explained 18.74% of the variances of independent variables, and accounted for 19.57% of the total effect. Conclusion The overall level of health literacy is low among college students in Nanchong. Colleges and related authorities should develop and implement pertinent health literacy interventions and provide active support to health education and health promotion among college students.
