摘要
创业倾向是决定个体创业行为的最根本因素。大学生创业倾向是大学生对创业的态度、心理趋向以及对创业成功所持有的信念。个体特质、个人背景、创业态度、创业环境及创业教育是影响大学生创业倾向的5个主要因素。计划行为理论与创业事件理论是分析大学生创业倾向并预测创业行为的两个经典理论模型。
The inclination of starting a business is the most essential factor for entrepreneurial behavior. College students' inclination towards setting up businesses is their attitude,mentality as well as believes of success.Five main factors( individual idiosyncrasy,background,attitudes,environment and entrepreneurial education)play an important part in students' entrepreneurship. The theory of planned behaviors and theory of starting up business are two classical theoretical models for analyzing college students' inclination and forecasting their entrepreneurial behavior.
