涡旋型电除尘器收尘效率公式的研究

摘要 根据紊流传质原理,建立荷电粒子的输运方程,并结合边界条件求解输运方程,进而得到收尘效率公式。将涡旋电除尘器分段、粉尘粒径分级,结合凝并方程,推导得到考虑粉尘凝并情况下的收尘效率值。对比粉尘的理论计算电凝并收尘效率,多依奇计算收尘效率和实验收尘效率值可知,电凝并收尘效率略大于实验收尘效率,两者最大差值为3.7%;而多依奇计算收尘效率与实验收尘效率相差较大,两者最大差值为17.2%,可见,电凝并收尘效率公式的计算结果更接近实际。 According to the principle of turbulent mass transfer,the transport equation of charged particles is established,and the transport equation is solved by combining boundary conditions,then the dust collection efficiency formula is obtained. The dust collection efficiency formula under the condition of dust coagulation is derived by dividing the dust collector area,classifying the dust particle size and then combining the condensed equation. The results show that the efficiency of electric coagulation dust collection is slightly larger than that of experimental dust collection,and the maximum difference is 3. 7%,but Deutsch calculation of dust collection efficiency and experimental collection efficiency has large difference with the maximum of 17. 2%. It can be seen that the calculation result of electro-coagulation dust collection efficiency formula is closer to reality.
