摘要
目的观察左金溃疡组方治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法将120例十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用左金溃疡组方,对照组采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林及甲硝唑三联治疗,2组均以2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效,记录2个疗程后胃镜下十二指肠溃疡愈合情况及幽门螺旋杆菌14C-尿素呼气试验的变化。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率80%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);幽门螺旋杆菌根除率,治疗组80%,对照组66.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论左金溃疡组方治疗十二指肠溃疡有良好疗效。
Objective to observe the clinical effect of Zuojin Kuiyang prescription in the treatment of duodenal ulcer.Methods 120 patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with Zuojin Kuiyang prescription,and the control group was treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole triple therapy.2 weeks was a course of treatment.The curative effect was evaluated after 2 courses.The changes of healing and Helicobacter pylori 14 C-urea breathe test after 2 courses endoscopic duodenal ulcer was recorded.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）.The eradication rate of HP was 80% in the treatment group and 66.6% in the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Zuojin Kuiyang prescription in the treatment of duodenal ulcer has better curative effect.
