摘要
我国养老服务业随着老龄化步伐不断加快,发展迅猛,但总体上不能满足老龄化需求,供需矛盾较大,广东作为全国老龄人口大省,供需矛盾很突出。在粤港澳大湾区建设和经济新常态下,面对日益严峻的老龄化压力,广东如何将养老服务与全省产业结构调整相机融合,供给侧结构性改革是很好的探索。本文通过对广东养老服务业的供给与需求现状及供给问题进行梳理和分析,在供给侧结构性改革背景下,结合广东实际,提出新时期养老服务发展对策。
Along with the progress of aging population, pension services in our country developing rapidly,but on the whole, can＇t meet the demand of aging, the contradiction between supply and demand is bigger, as the elderly population in guangdong province, the supply and demand contradiction is very prominent. In a large bay area of guangdong construction and economy under the new normal, in the face of ageing of severe stress, guangdong how pension service and the province＇s industrial structure adjust camera integration,supply side structural reform is a good exploration. This article through to the guangdong endowment ser-vices of the present situation of supply and demand and supply problems on combing and analysis of the struc-tural reform under the background of the supply side, combining the reality of guangdong, pension services in the new period development countermeasures are put forward.
