摘要
介绍医院基于精益医疗价值创造,以公益性导向、战略规划导向、全面性、精益改善等为管理原则,构建全面预算管理体系。通过预算"真北"指标体系、预警体系和精益持续改进体系建设,强化医疗业务发展和财务稳健融合,提高医院资金、设备、人力、信息等资源效率,达成医院业务发展目标,助力医院精益医疗价值创造,从而提高患者可感知价值和满意度。
In this paper, we introduced the establish process of comprehensire budget management system based on lean medical value creation. The management principles should be public welfare oriented, strategic planning oriented, comprehensive and lean improvement. We used "ZhenBei" budget system, early warning system and continuous lean system to improve the construction of hospital system, which may further enhance the medical business development and financial integration. Therefor we can improve the efficiency of hospital funds, equipment, manpower, information and other resources, in order to achieve the goal of hospital business development and lean value creation, so as to improve the patient perceived value and satisfaction.
