摘要
目的:评价替扎尼定配合健康宣教及自我护理治疗肌筋膜痛的有效性。方法:选取咀嚼肌筋膜痛的患者68例,随机分为TZA组(替扎尼定4 mg)和安慰剂组,疗程4周。使用mod SSI指数评估疼痛强度、频率和持续时间,及PSQI指数评估睡眠质量。结果:两组受试者症状均显著减轻,睡眠质量明显改善。但在治疗后观察到两组之间有效性没有显着差异。结论:在健康教育和自我护理的基础上,替扎尼定对缓解咀嚼肌筋膜痛症状的效果与安慰剂组相当。
Objective: To compare the effectiveness of adding tizanidine or placebo to patient education and self-care management program for patients with myofascial pain. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with a diagnosis of myofascial pain participated in this 4-weeks study. The subjects were randomly assigned into TZA group( tizanidine 4 mg),or placebo group. Patients were evaluated for changes in pain intensity,frequency and duration by using the modified Severity Symptoms Index,and changes in sleep quality with using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Results: Both the two groups had a reduction in pain symptoms and improvement of sleep quality,based on a comparison of pretreatment and treatment scores. However,no significant differences were observed between two groups at the posttreatment evaluation. Conclusion: With self-care management and patient education,the use of tizanidine was not more effective than placebo for the patients with myofascial pain.
