摘要 信息化技术在石油钻探领域应用较晚,在高速发展的同时,也暴露了系统架构缺乏顶层设计、数据资源无法共享、业务系统难以满足需求的核心问题。为解决作业队伍宏观管控、生产市场数据共享应用、系统录入工作量大、多系统间信息孤岛等问题,研发了渤海钻探生产运行与应急指挥系统,利用地理信息技术和多源异构空间数据集成、云计算、物联网等技术,采取多形式通信手段,通过跨专业、跨部门、跨地区的数据综合分析、协同作业,建立符合行业实际应用的综合应用平台,实现生产及应急资源数据的综合应用,提升了企业的管理水平。该系统为应用人员在队伍动态、生产运行、应急资源、应急演练及指挥、远程通信等方面提供了信息化服务,也为管理决策人员及时掌握市场生产动态、应急指挥提供了决策依据。 The application of information technology in the field of oil drilling is relatively late. At the same time of its rapid development,it also exposes the core problem that the system architecture lacks the top-level design,the data can not be shared and the business system is difficult to meet the needs. In order to solve the problems such as the macro control of working team,the application of the data sharing in the production market,the heavy workload of the system entry and the information isolated island among multiple systems and other problems,the Bohai Command System for oil drilling operation and emergency was researched and developed. By utilizing multi source heterogeneous spatial data integration of geographic information technology,cloud computing,Internet of things and other technologies,the use of multiple means of communication,and through data comprehensive analysis of cross-specialty,cross-sector and inter-region and collaborative work,a comprehensive application platform was set up in line with the practical application of the industry to achieve a comprehensive application of production and emergency resource data,and improve the management level of the enterprise. The system provides informatization service for application personnel in the aspects of team dynamics,production and operation,emergency resources,emergency rehearsal and remote communication,and also provides decision-making basis for the management decision makers to grasp the market production dynamics in time and emergency com mand.
