摘要
为了给中小城市停车管理提供思路,缓解日益严重的"乱停车、停车难"现象,对中小城市停车问题剖析研究。通过对习水县、瑞丽市的停车现状进行分析,总结出我国中小城市停车存在供应不足、分布不均衡、收费不合理以及智能化停车管理滞后等问题。根据我国中小城市目前的发展状况,挖掘出导致停车问题的症结,并结合实际,提出相应的解决对策:合理控制机动车增长;完善城市综合交通体系构建;合理规划,加大停车泊位供给;加强停车收费管理;加强智能化停车管理。
In order to provide ideas for small-medium city parking management,and to alleviate the increasingly serious ＂ chaos parking,parking difficult＂ phenomenon,this paper analyzes the parking problems of small-medium city.Based on the analysis of the current situation of parking in Xishui County and Ruili City,it summarizes the problems such as insufficient supply,uneven distribution,unreasonable charges and lags behind intelligent parking management in small-medium cities in China.According to the current development situation of small-medium cities in our country,this paper excavates the crux of the problems caused by parking and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,including：rationally control the growth of motor vehicles;perfect the construction of urban integrated transportation system;rationally plan and increase parking spaces supply;strengthen the parking charge management;strengthen the intelligent parking management.
