摘要
为了让乘客可以用到更舒适、更安全、更环保的电梯,对电梯的控制系统进行相关分析具有重要意义。PLC有编程容易、灵活性好、扩展性能好、抗干扰能力强等优点,被广泛应用于电梯控制系统。本文研究的是基于西门子PLC的五层电梯控制系统,主要是利用PLC的逻辑开关控制功能,对电梯的开关门、楼层显示、轿内与厅外的召唤响应与消除、定向、超载报警、起动加速和制动停车等模块进行详细分析。
In order to let passengers can use the elevator more comfimable, safer and more environmentally friendly, the correlation a- nalysis of the elevator control system has important significance. PLC programming easy, good flexibility, sealability and good anti-interfer- ence ability, is applied to elevator control system. This paper is a study of the five layer elevator control system based on SIEMENS PLC, mainly using PLC logic switch control function, a detailed analysis of the elevator door switch, floor display, car and ball call response and elimination, orientation, overload alarm, start acceleration and parking brake module.
