摘要
目的探讨东北地区空军青少年航空学校学生医学选拔淘汰异常谱及其地区差异,为合理制订招生选拔方案、指导初选标准把握尺度、指导学生身心维护提供科学依据。方法分析东北三省2016—2017年空军青少年航空学校2 858名学生医学选拔定选结果,分类整理淘汰异常谱,并对科室淘汰的百分比构成和地区性差异进行统计分析。结果各省之间各学科淘汰人数构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各省总体淘汰率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),淘汰异常谱主要集中在远视力不足(36.48%),外科形态异常(5.26%),近视超标(4.46%),前3项占46.20%。结论空军青少年航校定选的体检结果反映了初选的质量和效率,提高初选的选拔质量,尤其是眼科的相关检测,可以降低定选体检的淘汰率。定选体检学生视力较初选时下降明显,应加强宣传教育,注意用眼卫生,保护好视力。
Objective To investigate the abnormal spectrum of medical selection o f students from youth aviation schools in Northeast China and provide reference for formulating selection programs, setting the preliminary selection standards and maintaining the physical and mental health of students. Methods The data o f medical selection o f 2 858 cadets from youth aviation schools between 2016 and 2017 in Northeast China was analyzed, the abnormal spectrum was sorted out while the percentage of elimination by different departments and regional differences were statistically analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in the rate of elimination by different departments between these provinces （P〉0.05）. The abnormal spectrum ranged from poor distance vision （36.48%）, surgical abnormalities （5.26%） to excessive myopia （4.46%）, all o f which accounted for 46.20% of the total. Conclusion The results o f medical selection o f students from Air Force youth aviation schools can reflect the quality and efficiency of initial selections, especially the ophthalmic testing, which can reduce the elimination rate of final selections. The vision of students during final selections is worse than that during initial selections. Health education should be reinforced among the students to remind them to protect their vision.
