摘要
文章为了改善水性涂料涂层的力学性能和光学性能,通过实验对SiO_2的含量、KH560的含量和干燥时间这三个影响因素进行优化。通过正交实验,可以发现,以上的三个因素中SiO_2的含量对涂料涂层性能的影响是最大的。当SiO_2的含量保持在3%左右时,水性木器涂层具有较好的力学性能和亚光光泽度。
In order to improve the mechanical and optical properties of waterborne coatings, the content of SiO2, the content of KH560 and the drying time were optimized by experiments. Through the orthogonal experiment, it can be found that the content of SiO2 has the greatest effect on the coating performance of the above three factors. When the content of SiO2 is 3% or so, the water-borne wood coating has better mechanical properties and matte gloss.
