摘要
以某大型合资机械加工企业丁、戊类厂房内的喷漆车间为研究对象,针对喷漆车间喷漆生产线占厂房面积的不同百分比,以及在建筑防火设计中不同的设置要求,分析研究了丁、戊类厂房内设置喷漆车间喷漆生产线的防火设计、防火管理及设置方式方法,以满足生产工艺需要及规范要求,既节约投入成本又提高土地使用率的目的。
The research object is a spray painting workshop in the fourth and fifth classification？ s plant of a large joint venture mechanical pro-cessing enterprises. Contrapose the spray paint production line accounts for the different percentage of the workshop area, and different setting re-quirements in the design on building fire protection. Analyze and research the fire prevention design, fire prevention management and setting method of the spray paint production line in the fourth and fifth classification’ s workshop. To meet the requirements of the specification and pro- duction process, and also can saves cost and enhance the rate of land utilization.
