摘要
以沈阳运河水系改造截污工程一标段盾构下穿河底软弱不良地层为背景,通过采取地层注浆加固和施作钢筋混凝土抗浮板等技术措施,优化渣土改良,合理设定土压、掘进速度等掘进参数,控制同步注浆、二次补浆,强化监控量测,成功解决了穿越时可能出现的冒浆、突泥涌水、隧道上浮等风险,沉降控制在设定值范围内,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
With a contracted section of the transformation and intercepting project of the canal water system in Shenyang where a shield under-crosses the weak stratum under the river as the background,the construction techniques of a shield under-cross-ing rivers for intercepting sewers are dealt with in the paper. Through adopting the technical measures of slip-casting to consoli-date the stratum,providing anti-floating reinforced concrete slabs and the like optimizing residue improvement,rationally set- ting the parameters such as the soil pressure and the drilling speedcontrolling the synchronous slip-casting, performing the secondary slurry-injection,and strengthening the monitoring and surveying, all the potential risks such as oozing slurry, earth and water gush,tunnel uplift and the like are successfully overcome when the shield under-crosses the river, with the settlement kept within the range of the pre-set values,and very good economic and social benefits achieved.
