摘要
马克思给出的工业品级差地租和农产品级差地租的计量形式、前提基础和量值性质是一致的,学界普遍持有的农产品级差地租特殊论是误解。马克思给出的虚假社会价值的含义和来源是明确的,学界这方面的论争令人费解。马克思相关论述表明,级差地租与商品生产价格从基形到变形的演化相关,但马克思对此没有给出足够说明,致使其理论存在疑难。马克思相关论述还表明,级差地租具有现象本质二重态和二重性,但马克思对此论述不足,致使其理论隐含现象本质二重性之间的形式矛盾。蔡继明教授由此提出并探讨了马克思理论中的"难题"和"矛盾"——这是他的深刻之处;但他关于"难题"的表述有偏差和关于"矛盾"的表述不准确,其研究结论值得商榷。
Marx introduced the industrial grade differential rent and agricultural products landtax,premise and value of nature is the same,scholars generally hold the agricultural products landtax theory is the special meaning and the sources of misunderstanding. Marx gives a false social value is clear,the academic debate is understand.Marx related discussion shows that differential rent and price of commodity production from the base to the deformation of the shape evolution,but Marx did not give sufficient explanation,the theory of existence problems. Marx theory also shows that differential rent has the essence of doublet and duality,but Marx has discussed problems. The theory implies,between the form of contradiction. The essence of Professor Cai Jiming put forward and discussed the Marx＇s theory of ＂problem＂and ＂contradiction＂. This is his profound place; but he about the ＂problem＂in the expression of the deviation and on the ＂contradiction＂of the statement is not accurate,the research conclusion is questionable.
