摘要
地铁运营应急演练管理工作是地铁运营管理工作的重要组成部分,也是地铁应急体系建设的核心模块之一。以哈尔滨地铁为项目背景,详细介绍了地铁运营应急演练项目的选择、应急演练频次的确定。在充分借鉴国内各城市地铁运营企业经验及结合自身管理需求的情况下,总结形成了符合实际的运营管理应急演练,同时制定了地铁应急演练工作评估方案。
Subway emergency exercise and management is one of the most important issues in subway operation and management,also one of the kernel modules in subway emergency system. Taking Harbin metro as the project background, the selection of emergency exercise projects and rehearsal frequencies are elaborated in detail. With a full borrowing of metro operation experiences gained in Chinese cities,and based on the demands for practical management,a more reasonable emergency exercise and management scheme is presented, corresponding evaluation plans are proposed.
