摘要
大学生"创客"培育需要充分发挥各类创新主体积极性和创造性,促使政府、企业、科研院所、高校、"创客"等多方紧密协同,促使各类创新要素的高效配置和有效集成。要打造政产学研用紧密结合的大学生创客群体协同孵化平台,促进各方资源整合、优势互补,建立一体化大学生"创客"群体服务平台,并定期进行评价和反馈,同时注重个体成长。
The cultivation of college student＂Makers＂needs to give full play to the initiative and creativity of all kinds of innovation subjects.It urges the governments,enterprises,research institutes,universities and ＂makers＂to cooperate closely and promote the efficient disposition and effective integration of various innovation elements.It is necessary to create college students＇ ＂maker＂collaborative incubation platform with close integration of government,industry,academia and practice,promote the integration of resources of all parties,and complement each other＇s strengths;furthermore,establish an integrated service platform of college students＂maker＂group with regular evaluations and feedbacks while focusing on individual growth.
