摘要
针对目前金银花烘干加工方法在加工效率和品质保持等方面不能完全满足应用需求的现状,研究了一种基于STC89C52单片机的低成本金银花烘干控制器的设计方法.该方法采用分段控时控温的方法,克服了传统的高温烘干药效成分得不到保持、低温烘干耗时久的缺陷;在分段控时控温方案中采用DS18B20实时采集加温区的温度,通过单片机程序控制每阶段烘干加工的温度和持续时间;电路上采用4×4矩阵键盘修改每阶段加工温度和持续时间,满足不同花种个性化的加工需求.实验结果验证了设计的有效性.
In order to solve the problem that Lonicera japonica drying processing method which can't fully meet the application requirements of the status quo in the machining efficiency and quality preservation, etc, research a kind of low-cost Lonicera japonica drying controller design method based on STC89 C52 single-chip microcomputer. The method of using piecewise control temperature control to overcome the defects that traditional high temperature drying efficacy components not stay and low temperature drying time long; In the subsection control temperature control scheme using DS18 B20 to get the temperature of heating area and using single-chip microcomputer program control each stage drying processing temperature and duration; Circuit with 4 ×4 matrix keyboard to modify every stage of processing temperature and duration, meet different flower seeds personalized processing requirements. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the design.
