摘要
近几年,高校已经进入信息化建设的高速发展期,软件资产在高校教学、科研、行政管理和学生管理中发挥越来越大的作用。软件资产的管理也日趋重要。软件资产的管理不能等同于实物固定资产管理,在管理中容易出现管理观念落后、管理制度不完善和软件资产处置难等问题。文章从软件资产生命周期角度,提出了相应的软件资产管理办法。
In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology in colleges and universities, software assets play a more and more important role in the aspects of teaching, scientific research, administration and student management, the management of software assets is also becoming more and more important, and it is different from the management of physical assetsIn the process of software assets management, there are many problems such as backward management concept, imperfect management system and difficult disposal of software assets. From the per- spective of the life cycle of the software assets, this paper puts forward the corresponding management methods of the software assets.
