摘要
目的探讨普林格尔-多系统治疗仪对产后腹直肌分离的治疗效果。方法 70例产妇随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各35例,对照组采用常规的产后康复指导,观察组在对照组的基础上同时应用普林格尔-多系统治疗仪配合手法按摩治疗。观察比较两组产妇腹直肌分离的恢复情况。结果治疗后15天,两组产妇的腹直肌分离:脐上,观察组为2.93±0.89 cm,对照组为5.33±1.43 cm,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);脐下,观察组为1.99±0.97cm,对照组为4.31±1.49 cm,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普林格尔-多系统治疗仪对产后腹直肌分离具有良好的治疗作用。
Objective Discuss the PolinGer digital multisystem instrument treat effect for the diastasis recti after labor. Methods Seventy puerperae were divided into observation group and a control group randomly. Each group had 35 cases. The control group received routine postpartum rehabilitation instruction. The observation group received not only the routine way but also used PolinGer multisystem treatment therapy combined with manual massage. The recovery of rectus abdominals was observed and compared between the two groups. Re- suits After receiving treatment 15 d, diastasis recti situation, upper umbilicus ： the observation group was 2.93 ±0. 89cm, the control group was 5.33 ± 1.43cm, there difference between the two groups was statisti- cally significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Below the umbilicus, the observation group was 1.99 ± 0.97cm, the control group was 4.31 ± 1.49cm, there difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion PolinGer Digital Muhisystem Treat Instrument has good results to the diastasis recti.
