摘要
采用新型半悬浮填料为载体的生物膜反应器处理高氨氮含量废水,并形成稳定运行的生物膜脱氮运行体系。综合研究了生物反应器中生物膜内DO含量分布、微生物群落结构及生物多样性,探讨在高氨氮含量条件下半悬浮填料的脱氮性能。结果表明,运行5 d后,反应器内半悬浮填料表面快速挂膜成功,形成了紧密的好氧-缺氧耦合环境,其COD和TN去除率可达95%和86%;高碳氮比(COD/ρ(TN)=15:1)较低碳氮比(COD/ρ(TN)=10:1)的脱氮性能高7%。通过运行期间的生物相观察和分子生物学分析发现,稳定运行的反应器中生物膜上的微环境形成了一个以脱氮功能菌为主体的复杂生物群系。
A biofilm reactor packed with semi-suspended bio-carrier was used to treat wastewater containing high ammonia content, and stable operation system of nitrogen removal by biofilm was formed. The distribution of DO content, microbial community structure and biodiversity of biofilm in bioreactor was studied, and the performance of removing ammonia with this novel semi-suspended bio-carfier was discussed. The results showed that, after 5 d operation, the biofilm on the used semi-suspended bio-carrier was quickly formed on the surface, which created a coupling micro aerobic-anoxic environment, and the average removal efficiency of COD and TN could reach 95% and 86%, respectively. Nitrogen removal efficiency with high carbon nitrogen ratio (COD/ p(TN)=I 5: I) had 7% more than that with low carbon nitrogen ratio (COD/p(TN)=10:1). By microscopic observation and molecular biological analysis, it was revealed that a complex microbial community was established in the contained mature biofilm, which was dominated by Proteobacteria and lots of functional denitrifier.
