摘要
陶瓷基复合材料焊接包括陶瓷基复合材料自身的焊接和陶瓷基复合材料与金属之间的焊接,其工艺均比金属材料的焊接复杂。本文在分析了陶瓷基复合材料焊接技术难点的基础上,对陶瓷基复合材料的焊接方法、工艺、焊接过程易出现问题进行了总体概括,并以Si C基复合材料为主对其焊接方法的研究现状进行了分析,最后对陶瓷基复合材料及其焊接技术的发展前景作了展望。
The welding of ceramic matrix composites includes the welding of ceramic matrix composites itself and the welding of ceramic matrix composites and metal, and therefore much more complex than the welding of metals. In this paper, the technological difficulty of welding ceramic matrix composites is analyzed, and the methods, the craft of the welding and the incidental problems in the welding process are summarized. The research status of welding methods is also discussed, especially for SiC matrix composites. Besides, an outlook of the ceramic matrix composites and the development oftheir welding techniques are presented.
