摘要
针对某燃料电池车空调压缩机高转速下车内噪声异常问题,通过噪声频谱分析与模态测试等手段,分析得出空调压缩机支架与空调压缩机转速频率产生共振。根据车辆实际情况增加加强支架,提升空调压缩机支架模态特性,避免发生共振。
On account of the abnormal noise problem of air condition compressor under high rotate speed, it is found out that the resonance occurs on the air condition compressors bracket through the noise spectrum analysis and modal test. According to the actual situation of the vehicle, the rein- forced bracket is added to improve the modal characteristics, and avoid resonance.
