摘要
目的探析细节护理在体检中心查体中的应用效果。方法选取2015年11月~2016年11月在我院体检中心进行体检的120例受检者作为研究对象,采用抽签的方法将所有受检者分为常规组和干预组,每组各60例。一组受检者在行健康查体时采用常规护理(常规组),另一组受检者在此基础上实施细节护理干预(干预组)。将两组受检者的突发事件发生率、体检质量(交单率、项目完成率、一次性体检完成率、体检时间)以及体检满意度(总体服务、环境舒适、健康宣教、流程便捷以及个人隐私保护)进行比较分析。结果干预组受检者的突发事件发生率为3.33%,明显低于常规组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的交单率、项目完成率、一次性体检完成率分别为98.33%、93.33%、96.67%,均高于常规组(86.67%、80.00%、83.33%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组体检时间为(1.53±0.24)h,明显短于常规组(2.46±0.87)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组受检者的总体服务、环境舒适、健康宣教、流程便捷以及个人隐私保护方面的满意度分别为95.00%、96.67%、93.33%、95.00%、98.33%,均高于常规组(80.00%、81.67%、78.33%、83.33%、85.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在体检中心查体中应用细节护理干预,有利于缩短体检时间,提高体检质量和受检者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of detailed nursing in physical examination in the examination center.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent physical examinations in our physical examination center were selected as research objects.The physical examination time was from November 2015 to November 2016.By drawing lots,all the subjects were evenly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group.For one group,participants for physical examinations were provided with conventional nursing （conventional group）.For the other group,on the basis of the con- ventional group,detailed nursing was adopted （intervention group）.The incidence of emergency,examination quality in- eluding sheet handing rate,rate of accomplishing examined items,completion rate of one-time physical examination,and examination time,and satisfaction on physical examinations including overall service,environmental comfort,health edu- cation,process convenience,and personal privacy protection in both groups were compared and analyzed.Results The in- cidence of paroxysmal events in the intervention group was 3.33% ,significantly lower than that in the conventional group,accounting for 15.00%,and the difference was in statistical significance （P〈0.05）.In the intervention group,sheet banding rate,rate of accomplishing examined items,and completion rate of one-time physical examination were 98.33%, 93.33%＇and 96.67%,all higher than those in the conventional group,accounting for 86.67%,80.00% and 83.33% with statistical differences （P〈0.05）.The examination time in the intervention group was （1.53＋0.24） h,much shorter than that in the conventional group[（2.46_＋0.87） hi,which was displayed a statistical difference （P〈0.OS）.The satisfaction on overall service,environmental comfort,health education,process convenience and personal privacy protection in the intervention group was 95.00%,96.67%,93.33%,95.00% and 98.33%,all higher than those in the conventional group （80.00%, 81.67%,78.33%,83.33% and 85.00
