摘要
在经济发展日益向绿色、低碳转型的背景下,人力资源管理的绿色化转型已经成为现代学者和企业共同关心的话题。党的十九大更是将节约资源和保护环境提升到了基本国策的高度。本文在综合分析国内外学者的研究视角的基础上,探讨了绿色人力资源管理的微观管理模型、协同系统和实现途径。
Under the background of green economy, low - carbon transition, the green transformation of human resource manage- ment has become a topic of common concern for modern scholars and enterprises. The 19th Party Congress elevates it to the basic na- tional policy to save resources and protect the environment. Based on the analysis of the research angle of the scholars at home and abroad, this paper discusses the micro - management model, collaborative system and realization approach of green human resource management.
