摘要
新型城镇化的核心是人的城镇化,农民工作为城镇化的主体力量之一,其城市融入面临诸多困境,重要原因在于农民工服务体系的碎片化。建构农民工城市融入多元服务体系是解决农民工城市融入困境、服务社会建设大局的关键之举。研究基于社区为本的农民工社会工作服务项目实践,以福利多元理论为框架,行动研究构建农民工城市融入服务体系的具体运作,探索实现农民工城市融入的路径与机制。研究发现,福利多元视角下的农民工城市融入服务体系建构要点在于:明确服务主体的职责,实现功能发挥与实质服务;挖掘服务对象能量,实现内外结合与自我成长;注重多方需要的评估,实现相互支持与有效整合。
The core of new-type urbanization is human＇ s urbanization. As the main force of urbanization, migrant workers face all kinds of difficulties when they integrate into city. The root cause is the fragmentation of service system for migrant workers. Constructing pluralism service system for migrant workers＇ city integration is the key to helping them get out of troubles. Based on the practice of community-based migrant worker social work project, the study regards the welfare pluralism theory as a framework, constructs operation movements of service system for migrant workers＇ city integration and explores ways to achieve migrant workers＇ city integration. The study finds that the followings are the main poir^ts of welfare pluralism service system for migrant workers＇ city integration： define service subjects＇ responsibility and achieve their functions and virtual services; explore the power of service objects and achieve the combination of inside and outside; and pay attention to the needs assessment in every ways and achieve mutual support and effective integration.
