摘要
我国属于电解铝大国,近年来,国内电解铝产能规模不断扩张,但其迅猛的发展势头也带来了很多担忧。一是电解铝下游产业利润空间减小,很多产业被迫停产,造成铝锭积压,资源出现大量浪费。二是电解铝属于高耗能产业,需要消耗很多能源,会产生较大污染,而近年来国家大力强调绿色发展,这与国家经济发展政策相违背。为了确保电解铝产业发展,如何确保节能降耗成为电解铝行业需要重点探讨的问题。

In recent years, the scale of domestic electrolytic aluminum production has been expanding, but its rapid development momentum has also brought a lot of worries. First, the profit margins of the downstream industries of electrolytic aluminum decreased, and many industries were forced to stop production, resulting in the overstock of aluminum ingots, and a large amount of waste of resources. Two is electrolytic aluminum belongs to high energy consuming industry, need to consume a lot of energy, will produce greater pollution, and in recent years, the state strongly emphasizes the green development, which is contrary to the national economic development policy. In order to ensure the development of electrolytic aluminum industry, how to ensure energy saving and consumption reduction has become a key issue in electrolytic aluminum industry.
