摘要
农村生活污水处理系统"量大、面广、点散",对采取怎样的污水处理设施管理模式才能最大程度地发挥其社会效益,是我们目前面临的最大难题。农村生活污水处理系统现行的"镇管"模式中存在设施破坏严重、处理系统得不到有效维护、管理执行效率低下等问题。本文以问题为导向,探索以村级管理为主体的长效管理新模式,确保设施正常运行,逐步提高农村生活污水管理养护水平。
Rural sewage treatment system is known as ＂large amount, wide surface and scattered points＂. What kind of sewage treatment facilities management model can be used to maximize its social benefits, is the biggest problem we are facing. The existing ＂town tube＂ mode of rural sewage treatment system has some problems such as serious destruction of facilities, ineffective maintenance of the treatment system and low efficiency of management and implementation. Based on the problem, this paper explores a new model of long term management with village management as the main body to ensure the normal operation of facilities and gradually improve the management and maintenance level of rural domestic sewage
