一流学科的演进特征与生成机理——以H大学C学科为例的探索性研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着"双一流工程"的实施,一流学科的演进特征与生成机理成为研究的热点问题。选取H大学C学科进行探索性研究,引入组织生命周期等理论探讨其发展演进历程,引入人力资本理论和知识管理理论等多种理论探究演进特征并将其总结为:依据外部环境变化采取适宜战略引领学科成长、构建知识网络整合内外部知识资源助力学科成长、优化机制有效治理知识网络保障学科成长,最后提出了基于"环境-战略-要素-结构-能力-绩效"的一流学科生成机理模型。 With the implementation of the "dual first-class project", how to build first-class disciplines has to be a hot issue in the theory and practice field. Based on the theory of organizational life cycle, four stages which are start-up, recovery of development, reform and innovate and gradually mature period of the C discipline in H University are analyzed in detail, that include environmental characteristics,important initiatives and achievements. Further study showed the typical characteristics of first-class discipline are taking appropriate strategy to lead the growth of discipline, constructing knowledge network to promote the growth of discipline, optimizing governance mechanism to ensure the growth of discipline,a generative mechanism model based on environment, strategy, factor, structure, capability and performance is put forward finally.
