摘要
大豆新品种多采用系谱法经多年加代选育而成。从人工去雄授粉获得杂交后代材料至决选出各性状基本稳定的株系,是一项长期的系统工程,对栽培管理和选育技术的要求极高。以大豆杂交F_2、F_3一年两选为例,对江汉平原春大豆加代选育技术进行了比较全面的阐述。
It takes many years to develop a new soybean variety by pedigree method. It is a long-term systematic project from getting hybrid materials by artificial pollination to getting breeding line with stable characters. Good cultivation manage- ment and breeding techniques are needed during this process. In this paper, based on the practice of two times of selections on soybean hybrid F2 and F3 within a year,breeding technique of increasing generations for spring soybean in Jianghan plain was fully analyzed.
