摘要
目的:深入研究BCL11A在宫颈癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达情况及其与临床病理因素的相关性。方法:收集62例宫颈癌组织及相对应的癌旁正常组织,制作成石蜡切片,并通过免疫组织化学法检测BCL11A蛋白在宫颈癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达,并结合患者资料,采用卡方检验分析BCL11A的表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结受累等临床病理因素之间的关系。结果:(1)免疫组化结果显示,相比癌旁宫颈正常组织,BCL11A在癌组织中表达显著升高,并且具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)BCL11A在宫颈癌组织中的表达定位也具有差异性,BCL11A在宫颈癌组织中的表达主要定位于细胞核,而在癌旁正常组织中BCL11A的表达主要定位于细胞质。(3)BCL11A的表达与患者的年龄(P=0.436)、临床分级(P=0.683)、肿瘤大小(P=0.734)以及淋巴结转移数目(P=0.439)无关,但与淋巴结受累情况有关,出现淋巴结转移(N1-3)的患者中BCL11A蛋白的表达水平高于未出现淋巴结转移(N0)的患者(P=0.043)。结论:BCL11A在宫颈癌组织中高表达,在癌旁正常组织中表达较低;BCL11A的表达与宫颈癌患者的淋巴结转移情况相关,即出现淋巴结转移的患者BCL11A的表达较高;在宫颈癌组织中BCL11A的表达主要定位于在细胞核中,而在癌旁正常组织中,BCL11A的表达主要定位于细胞质中。BCL11A可能在宫颈癌的发生发展中起着重要作用。
Objective：To investigate the expression of BCL11A in cervical cancer tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues,then to analyze the clinical significance underlying the differential expression of BCL11A.Methods：Clinical specimens,including cervical cancer tissues and paired adjacent non-cancerous tissues,were obtained from 62 patients.The differential expressions of BCL11A in paraffin embedded and sliced tissues were evaluated via immunohistochemistry.The correlation between BCL11A expression and clinical features,such as patients＇ age,tumor size and lymph node involvement were analyzed using chi-square test..Results：（1） Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of BCL11A was significantly increased in cervical cancer tissues than in adjacent non-cancerous tissues（P〈0.01）.（2）BCL11A expression was mainly located in cell nucleus in cervical cancer tissues and in cytoplasm in adjacent non-cancerous tissues.（3）No correlations between BCL11A expression and age（P=0.436）or clinical stage（P=0.68）or tumor size（P=0.734）or amounts of lymphocyte（P=0.439）was found.However,compared with that of patients without lympho node metastasis（N0）,the expression of BCL11A was increased in patients with lympho node metastasis（N1-3）,P=0.043.Conclusion：The expression of BCL11A is increased in cervical cancer tissues than in adjacent non-cancerous tissues.The expression of BCL11A is related to the lympho node involvement;patients with lympho node metastasis show high expression of BCL11A.BCL11A expression is mainly located in cell nucleus in cervical cancer tissues and in cytoplasm in adjacent non-cancerous tissues.BCL11A plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development of cervical cancer.
