有氧运动联合渐进式抗阻运动治疗老年人骨质疏松症临床疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨有氧运动联合渐进式抗阻运动治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效,评估运动疗法对治疗老年人骨质疏松症的安全性以及有效性。方法:将60例年龄在65岁以上的女性和70岁以上的男性的骨质疏松症患者,根据不同治疗方案随机分为3组,对照组20例:服用碳酸钙D3(600mg qd)+骨化三醇胶丸(0.25ug bid),有氧运动组20例:在对照组的基础上+有氧运动。抗阻运动组20例:在有氧运动的基础上+渐进式抗阻运动。治疗时间共6个月。并在治疗前、治疗3个月和治疗6个月时测量L2~L4椎体及左侧髋部BMD。结果:三组患者治疗后L2~L4椎体及左侧髋部BMD较治疗前骨密度都有升高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。抗阻运动组在治疗半年时其T2~T4、左髋部骨密度增高较对照组及有氧运动组更明显。L2~L4的骨密度升高,与运动阻力量大小的增加有相关性,P<0.05。在治疗时,抗阻运动组有2例患者出现运动疲劳,调整运动方案后可继续训练。结论:有氧运动联合渐进性抗阻运动对治疗老年人骨质疏松症有显著疗效,且安全性高。 Objective:To analyze the effect of aerobic exer-cise and Progressive resistance training to treat elder peo- ple osteoporosis. Method:A total of 60 cases of senile os- teoporosis Age in women over the age of 65 and 70 years old male patients. According to the different treatment, they were divided into control group( 20 cases)aerobic ex- ercise group(20 cases)and aerobic and Progressive resist- ance training exercise group(20cases) randomly, The con- trol group:treated by Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets ( 600rag qd) + Calcitriol soft Capsules ( 0. 25ug bid). The aerobic exercise had trained with the aerobic exercise therapy and that of the same as the control. The aerobic and Progressive resistance training exercise group received aerobic exercise + Progressive resistance training based on experiment group two. And before treatment, treatment for 3 months and 6 months when measuring 1_2 -IA vertebral body and the left hip BMD. Result:After intervention, the lumbar spine L2 - L4 and the left femoral neck BDM were significantly increased than before ( P 〈 0. 05 ) in three groups. Compared with control group and aerobic exercise group, aerobic and Progressive resist- ance training exercise group showed higher L2 -L4 lum- bar spine and the left femoral neck BDM after intervention half a year, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). L2 - L4 lumbar spine correlated with in- creased resistance force ( P 〈 0.05 ). 2 patients in aerobic and Progressive resistance training exercise group suffered from sport fatigue, But adjust the training project, they can continue. Conclusion: Combined resistance and aerobic was an effective therapy in treating the senile of the pa- tients with primary osteoporosis, for the more, no side effect was found. The strength of the resistance increasing bone mineral density has a role to improve the L2 -L4.
