海洋平台大厚度异种钢焊接接头的CTOD试验探究 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高大厚度海洋工程结构的安全可靠性,采用药芯焊丝气体保护焊打底、埋弧焊填充和盖面的焊接工艺对55 mm厚度EH36+E550异种钢进行焊接,并对焊接接头进行CTOD试验。试验结果表明,EH36+E550大厚度异种钢焊接接头的CTOD值满足DNV要求,从而可免除焊后热处理,为海洋平台的施工建造提供科学依据。钻井平台桩靴结构制造的实践表明,采用该焊接工艺,在保证焊接结构安全性的前提下,极大提高了生产效率,降低了焊工的劳动强度,节约了建造成本,缩短了平台建造周期。 In order to enhance the safety and reliability of large thickness oceaneering structure, the thickness of 55 mm EH36 and E550 steel were welded with flux-cored wire gas shielded are root welding and submerged are welding filling and covering, and welded joint experimented for CTOD test. The test resuhs showed that the CTOD value of EH36 and E550 dissimilar steel welded joint with large thickness met DVN requirement, so postweld heat treatment was exempted, and scientific basis was offered for construction of offshore platform. The practices of pile shoe structural fabrication of drilling platform indicated that this wehting technology increased production efficiency greatly, reduced the labor intensity, saved eonstruetion cost anti shortened period of platform eonstruction under safety.
