摘要
探讨了不同退火温度及时间对AM60镁合金组织性能的影响。结果表明:当退火温度相同时,随退火时间的延长,β相的析出增多,6 h几乎完全析出。β相以圆盘状析出为主,430℃退火6 h后有少量层片状组织。退火处理后,合金的硬度均高于铸态合金的硬度。随保温时间的延长,硬度先增大后减小,在430℃下保温6h的硬度最大,达42.4HB,比铸态合金硬度36.8 HB提高了15.2%。
The effects of different annealing temperatures and time on the mierostrueture and property of AM60 magnesium alloy were discussed. The results show that when the annealing temperature is the same, the precipitation of β phase increases with the annealing time increasing, and almost completely precipitates at 6 h. The β phase mainly precipitates as the form of disk-like shape. And when the specimen is annealed at 430℃ for 6 h, a small amount of β phase precipitates as the form of lameUar shape. After annealing, the hardness of the alloy is higher than that of the cast alloy. With the holding time increasing, the hardness increases first and then decreases. When the specimen is annealed at 430 ℃ for 6 h, the hardness reaches maximum value 42.4 FIB, which is 15.2% higher than that of cast alloy 36.8 HB.
