摘要
自动化生产线由送料单元、加工单元、装配单元、输送单元和分拣单元5个部分组成。每个单元都有控制本单元工作过程的PLC,检测元件把检测信号送给本单元的PLC,信号经过PLC处理后,发出使执行元件动作的指令,驱动执行元件动作;自动线五个单元之间必须协调工作,各单元之间就要进行通信,以输送单元为主站,用西门子s7—200自带的PPl通信协议完成各单元之间的通信。设计完成了自动化生产线基于PLC控制的硬件设计和软件设计。
The automatic production line consists of feeding unit, processing unit, assembly unit, transmission unit and sorting unit. Each unit has a PLC which controls the working process of this unit. The test elements send detec- ting signal to the PLC of this unit, after the PLC signal processing, An instruction that causes the actuating element to act, and drive actuating element to act;The five units of automatic line need to work coordinately, each unit needs to communicate with the other, setting conveying unit as the main station, using the Siemens s7 -200 with PPI com- munication protocol to complete the communication between each unit. Therefore, the hardware design and software design of automatic production line based on PLC control are completed.
