摘要
对热轧宽带钢外观表面质量问题包括浪型、辊印、铬印、划伤、氧化铁皮压入等九类进行总结,并针对每一类问题分析其产生缺陷的原因,对快速分析带钢缺陷有指导意义。
This paper summarizes the appearance quality of hot-rolled broadband steel, which includes wave type,roll-printed, chrome-printed, scratch and rolled-in scale and so on, and analyzes the causes of the quality defects. It is instructive for the rapid analysis of strip defects.
