摘要
针对传统的以招聘会为主要招聘人才的方式中存在的诸如费时费力,受时间、地域和天气的限制等缺陷,以JAVA为编程语言,MySql为数据库,设计和实现了了基于SSH框架的网上人才招聘系统。招聘企业可以在该系统上发布招聘信息,求职者可以进行信息查询和简历投递。经测试,系统功能均已实现,系统运行稳定安全,界面友好。该系统的设计,为企业和求职者提供了方便,具有较强的社会实用价值。
Aiming at the limitation of the traditional recruitment and recruitment of talents in the way of time and labor, by the time, geographical and weather restrictions, designed an online recruitment system based on SSH framework. Recruitment companies could publish recruitment information on the system, job seekers could carry out information inquiries and delivery resume. After tested, the system functions have been realized, the system performed stably and safely, and the interface was friendly. The design of the system was of practical value, which provided convenience for enterprises and job seekers.
