摘要
通过文献资料法、数理统计法、比较分析法和个案分析法,对世界集体球类项目职业联赛的战略特点、运行机制进行分析。借鉴美、德、日等国规模庞大且各具特色的球类项目职业联赛体系的经验对我国集体球类项目职业联赛的发展具有重要意义,有关方面应通过强化既有项目、开发潜在的项目、构建职业联赛体系、共建赛事链、建立校园球类联赛、做好退役运动员的就业辅导工作等举措推动我国集体球类职业联赛的发展。
This paper analyzes the world professional leaguesJ strategic features and operation mechanism in teamevents of ball games through the methods of literature review, statistics, comparative analysis and case studies. Theresults show that the experience of such countries as the U S , Germany and Japan in developing professional leaguesystem of ball game events with a large scale and characteristics of their ow n gives important enlightenment to thedevelopment of professional leagues of team events of ball games in China. The authorities should take measures topromote their development in China through strengthening the existing events, developing potential events, building aprofessional league system and a chain of events, establishing campus sports leagues, providing efficient careerguidance to the retired athletes, and so o n .
