摘要
为了达到节能减排的目的,采用计算流体动力学与发动机台架试验相结合的方法,对发动机进排气系统中的旋流增压器及旋流减压器进行结构优化分析。通过降低排气背压,提高三元催化器的工作效果,通过增加进气密度,从而增加进气量,提高充气效率,提高发动的热效率,进而提高发动机的动力性。减少了HC和CO的排放,延长三元催化转换器的寿命,减少油耗5~10%,提高发动机的功率3~5%。
In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving, the swirl turbocharger and swirl reducer of the engine intake and exhaust systems were analyzed with structure optimization principle by the method combined computational fluid dynamics and engine bed test. Engine power was improved by reducing exhaust back pressure, improving the catalytic effect, increasing the density of the intake air with the improving volumetric efficiency. HC and CO emissions reduced, the life of catalytic converters was extended, the fuel consumption was reduced to 5~10% and the engine power was improved to 3~5%.
